Last updated 24 August 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using Worksheeta. It applies to trial users and account holders alike, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
Worksheeta exists to help teachers create curriculum-appropriate reading-comprehension worksheets quickly. This Policy exists to keep that purpose intact — for you, and for every other teacher using the Service.
2. Who this applies to
This Policy applies to anyone using the Service, whether through the free trial, a Free account, or Worksheeta Pro.
3. Permitted use
You may use Worksheeta to generate, edit, download, print, and distribute worksheets for legitimate teaching purposes — for your own classroom, your school, or educational work you are professionally engaged in.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Submit or attempt to generate content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a school setting.
- Submit or attempt to generate content involving real, identifiable minors, or content that could facilitate harm to a child in any way.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent plan allowances — for example, by creating multiple accounts, using automated tools to register accounts, or sharing login credentials to exceed the limits of a Free account.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts, models, or source code that power the Service.
- Upload or paste copyrighted material you do not have the right to use in this way, or use the Service in an attempt to reproduce a substantial portion of a copyrighted work, such as an entire textbook or published book.
- Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with a school or institution.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or overloading our systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorised third parties with access to your account or to worksheets generated for a purpose other than your own teaching use.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
5. Consequences of violation
Violating this Policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion, proportionate to the severity of the violation. Accounts terminated for violating this Policy are not entitled to a refund under our Refund & Payments Policy. Where conduct may be unlawful, we reserve the right to report it to the appropriate authorities.
6. Reporting a concern
If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, please tell us at hello@worksheeta.com. We review every report.
